Hi Yogis,
We have always hoped that our Shawmut Yoga community is one that our members could turn to both in good times and in challenging times, and now, more than ever, we want to ensure we continue to be that community for you.


To help you stay healthy and fit during this trying time, we are adopting a livestream offering for classes. This will both support our studio as well as support some of your favorite instructors so that they can keep working hard to inspire us all.
We know it’s going to be a different experience, and there will probably be a few hiccups along the way. Please bear with us — we’re really excited to take this leap together! 


All you have to do is sign up for your classes using the traditional MindBody process at least one hour before class then 30 minutes before the class is scheduled to begin, you will receive an email from FitGrid LIVE. Open that email (don’t forget to check your Junk folder if you don’t see it!), and it will provide the Zoom live-streaming link for the class. You can join with any device of your choice (phone, laptop, tablet, etc) and simply use Zoom to access the class. Simple, right?


We so appreciate all of you and want to thank you for supporting us during this critical time. We are looking forward to our community continuing to come together in unique ways. And we are excited to try this out, for all of us!

Finally, as of today, we will plan to re-open our studio doors for classes on our 5th Birthday - Tuesday, May 5. If that changes, we will continue to keep you posted. And when we re-open, we plan to continue to offer the option to live-stream classes.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early - the doors are locked at class time.
